Based in Vichy – the “Queen of spa towns” – Jacques Decoret naturally wanted to offer guests a chance to discover the region’s delicious, pure spring waters. After working with a distinguished sommelier for several years, the Chef put together exquisite associations, where the mineral waters bring out the subtle flavours of the produce of Auvergne’s mountains and bocage.
